    Would it be possible to add a feature that allowed the ability to save the position of connections after a user rearanges them (i spend 20 Min after logging in sorting the conections around my major location) or if this feature already exist, and I'm being blind (quite a distinct possability could someone please tell me how to use it?

    Hello @Meepy6,

    sorry for the delayed response. That feature doesn't currently exist, I have been looking into the best way to implement that feature. It's on the todo list here currently: https://trello.com/c/Qwtfl1Pd/33-look-into-ability-to-save-connections-windows-node-positions

    might i suggest a corridnate system on the plain, then saving the coordinates upon the use of a manual save button (kind of like editing characters) so you can keep the smooth moement of rearranging the nodes, with a momentary pause upon hiting the save button.

    @Meepy6, appreciate the suggestion!

    It would be fairly easy to save the nodes as is, the main issue is how we go about dynamically building out the nodes and edges to display for each individual campaign item. for example, if you have a campaign item and rearrange the nodes, would you expect to see those in the same position for another campaign item? or would you expect to rearrange those for each individual item?

    I appreciate all the feedback and suggestions, i'm always open to additional feedback!

    I plan on looking more into this soon, I've been pretty busy here the last couple weeks (getting into the holiday season).

    as far as how i have used the tool, having one positional mapping apply to all campaign items would be fine. even if its per item (although storing a mapping for every item seems excessive) a workaround for users would be to make a central item used for viewing the organized map.

    i also think saving the positions is an important feature to get the most value out of the connections map

    @Bloooptics, thanks for the feedback!

    I plan on having something for this implemented in my next release.

    @Bloooptics and @Meepy6,

    I have updated the connections tab to now allow the saving of node positions. It will autogenerate the postions of the nodes until the save button is pressed, then it's going to be a manual process after that to reorganize the nodes as you see fit. Let me know if you see any issues or bugs with this functionality. Thanks!

    @Admin
    Just getting back into things, i cant seem to find how to save positions on the connections tab?

    the additional features are impressive, i dont think i have seen all of the changes yet!

    p.s. the scroll-zoom on the organization tab feels backwards, scroll up feels like it should zoom in to me.

    @Bloooptics,

    Realized I had a misconfiguration on the saving functionality, so it wasn't always showing the button like it should. That should be fixed now!
