Hamilton Beach or Black and Decker — which one's more dependable long-term?

Looking to replace my old toaster oven, and I’ve narrowed it down to either Hamilton Beach or Black and Decker. Prices seem about the same, and both have options that look decent online. What I’m more curious about is which brand holds up better over time and whether either of them actually helps when something goes wrong. I’ve had products in the past where the item was fine but support was useless. If you’ve owned stuff from either brand, how did it go? Would appreciate any input before I hit checkout.

Before ordering, I checked out some comparisons and ran into this breakdown — [https://help-center.pissedconsumer.com/is-black-and-decker-or-hamilton-beach-better/](https://help-center.pissedconsumer.com/is-black-and-decker-or-hamilton-beach-better/) . It lists both brands’ average ratings and mentions that Black and Decker tends to score higher when it comes to service and follow-up. Also says they offer a wider product range and more responsive support overall. Doesn’t mean Hamilton Beach is bad, but if getting help when stuff breaks matters, that article lays out why Black and Decker might be the safer bet.
