Should I send a link of my campaign to my players? Or do they have to look me up? Do I pick and choose who has access to my campaign? Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the delayed response! When creating a campaign, only you will have access to the campaign to start. You will have the ability to provide access to whomever you would like at that point. When first creating a campaign, it should direct you to the edit campaign screen. There will be a Roles tab where you can add any players or DM's to the campaign that you would like. Click the 'Add User' button and provide the email of the player/DM, and upon submission they will recieve an email to your campaign. If the campaign is already created, after clicking on the campaign, there should be an "Edit Campaign" button in the top corner. that will take you to the Roles section as well. Also until a user creates an account, their name will appear greyed out. At this time Campaigns are only viewable by you and who you have added, however we may add the ability to search others campaigns in the future (with there permission of course :) )

I have set up my campaign and invited players. They are showing up in the edit section, but I do not see them anywhere else? I am sure I'm missing something but don't know what. Halp!

Just as a matter of interest, if a player adds something to the campaign I'm DM of, am I able to go in and edit or removeit, and if so, how do I do that?

Hey @AntDM, Sorry for the delay here. So a player is able to create a character and add it to a campaign. Once added to the campaign the DM (or admin) has the ability to remove this from the campaign or edit the character while it is part of the campaign (this includes all aspects of the character sheet). Other players of the campaign are able to view the character sheet, but not edit it. Currently to remove from the campaign, you'll need to click on the character, and there will be a settings tab at the top of the character sheet. about halfway down, you should see the delete button to delete this character from campaigns. As for editing, there is not save button on the character sheet, it will auto update upon entering any new values. If you have any other questions, let me know!
