Internet went down and no real update from Comcast — what worked for you?

    My Comcast internet suddenly went offline during a regular workday, and the outage notice in the app just kept saying they were working on it. I tried calling and using the chat, but couldn’t get a straight answer or estimated fix time. It came back eventually, but I never found out what caused it or if it might happen again. Has anyone here had luck getting clearer updates from them? Just wondering if there's a better way to get info when the status page says nothing useful.
