I’ve been on a monthly payment plan through Mepco for a vehicle service contract, and out of nowhere they hit me with two charges in the same week. I called right away, but all I got was an automated system and no follow-up. It’s been almost a month and they still haven’t credited the extra payment or given any explanation. At this point I’ve emailed, called, even sent a message through their online form. I don’t know what else to do. Has anyone had luck getting Mepco to respond to billing issues?

I went through a similar mess with them last winter. I was charged twice for the same month, and no one bothered to explain why or correct it. I tried calling but got stuck in their system, and my emails were completely ignored. Out of frustration, I posted a detailed complaint on [https://mepco.pissedconsumer.com/review.html](https://mepco.pissedconsumer.com/review.html) hoping someone else had a solution. A bunch of people described the same thing—duplicate payments, no response, and terrible communication. One person said it took them three months just to cancel the plan because support kept stalling. What finally worked for me was writing a short, direct review there and attaching screenshots of my charges. Not long after, someone from their team actually emailed me and offered a partial refund. I don’t know if they monitor those sites more closely, but that’s what finally got them to take it seriously. If you're stuck, making it public like that might push them to act faster.
