Hello Jacob,

They will remain empty until a campaign item is added to the specific category.  The 'All' tab should display all of the campaign items as well. The add button is in the top right corner, on the opposite side of the campaign name.

Feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions, or if you have added items and they aren't displaying correctly!
