The Hartford customer service form didn’t respond — what helped you get a reply?

I submitted an inquiry about a policy clarification through The Hartford’s website and haven’t heard back. I filled out the form and even tried calling their general number, but didn’t receive any update or confirmation. Insurance details are time-sensitive, so I need an answer soon. Did anyone in this community manage to get a timely response? What method worked best?

Hi all — my refund request stalled too when an event I planned for ended up shifting dates. I filled everything out, attached my order details, and waited without a reply. Instead of sitting on it, I followed up again through [https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/xcel-energy-center/customer-service.html](https://the-hartford.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html), included a short timeline of the original request. Within two days, someone got in touch and asked for a copy of my digital ticket, which finally got things moving. It didn’t happen right away, but doubling back through that page seemed to help reopen the case.
