Had to cancel a Wizz Air flight last-minute and followed their online process for a refund. Got the confirmation that it was submitted properly and that I should expect the money within 30 days. It’s been nearly seven weeks now and nothing’s shown up in my bank. Tried emailing them twice, no reply. Phone support wasn’t much better—just told me it’s “still in progress.” Not sure what else I can do at this point. Wondering if anyone here’s dealt with the same and actually got results?

Checked out a bunch of posts on [https://wizz-air.pissedconsumer.com/review.html](https://wizz-air.pissedconsumer.com/review.html) while trying to figure out what was going on with mine. Looks like long delays and vague responses are pretty common with them. A few people mentioned things only started moving once they escalated through social media or tagged the airline directly. If email and calls aren't working, might be worth trying that route. Also, holding on to every message and screenshot helps if it comes to filing a payment dispute.
