Hi there! Thank you so much for making this resource! One thing I would like to have implemented is to be able to keep PCs and NPCs separate, just on an extra tab or something if possible - I have a feeling my players are going to get lost in the list of all characters they meet! Many thanks again! <3

Thanks for the feedback! I'll take a look and see if that is something we can do. I'm going to be looking into the level of effort to implement the ability to create your own custom tabs per campaign, as that would be a better solution I think with more flexibility. No guarantees on that though haha if that doesnt pan out, ill add an NPCs tab specifically.

Hey all, I'm working on adding in the ability to create your own categories for campaign items. I'm having to do a number of changes to clean the codebase up to allow for this, so it's taking a little bit of time. Just wanted to give an update and be transparent on the progress! That being said, i'm making some fairly sizable changes to the codebase to make these types of updates easier in the future. If anything looks off, or doesn't seem to be functioning correctly, don't hesitate to let me know! Thanks!

Hey there, first of all, I want to say, that this is a great tool for campaign plannung, structuring and keeping an overview. But there are some features which would be great to have, so here's my list (if I overlooked already implemented features, please forgive me): - being able to view all connections to a single item, but not connections to these connections - being able to view only certain connection types (like if there is a character, to see connected organizations and events, but not the other stuff) - adding characters to organizations and to establish rankings in organizations - sharing certain stuff with only certain players. As far as of now, there is only the option to share it with all players If there are any questions, feel free to ask :)

@Snatarina, thanks for the feedback! I think these would all be good additions, I'll get these added to the todo list. I'll need to do some thinking on how to best setup the adding of characters to organizations, though i think adding something like that would be useful.

It'd be super handy when I'm bringing over notes from elsewhere to be able to add multiple things at a time more smoothly. For example, I've written a list of guilds in the city and fleshed them out a bit. So I'll run through all the guilds and add the basics, but for each I add I need to Go to Campaign Items > Add > Select Organisation > Repeat. I'm imagining a quick add button at the top of each categories list view. Provide just the name / short description and save it without a redirect. This wouldn't exist in the "all" view, unless you wanted to sometimes also require the category selection. I can also imagine some situation where a user might be confused if the newly added item drops onto another page of pagination after the campaign items are reloaded, so you might need to group up recently created items at the top (underneath the quick add button) until there's a page refresh? Another thing about this is that it'd be really easy to add quick details to the campaign on the fly (perhaps while DMing) to keep track of stuff without losing your place. I also just want to mention, this is a really great project you've got here. I'm a web dev too, and this is pretty close to the tool I'd been imagining building but knew I wouldn't have the time to work on. So I really appreciate the effort that's gone into making this work 👍.

@Mister_simon, thanks for the feedback! sorry for the delayed response, its been a busy couple of weeks. i think a quick add feature is a good idea, and something that can be implemented fairly easily. Ill add that to the list and see if thats something I can get out in the next week or two. And thanks for the kind words! Always good to here that this application is being used and enjoyed!

I haven't seen this in the request thread, maybe I missed it so I'm sorry if I'm repeating a request made by someone previously. Anyway, I would like the ability to be able to duplicate an entry, for example some of my locations share the same features, therefore to duplicate the entry and then make the changes needed would be far more efficient.

@PaisleySleeves That's a great idea! I've added that to the todo list of features.

This tool is amazing. looks like i am here fairly late so a lot of quality of life is already made for me, but i have noticed a few things that would make building my campaign planner smoother 1. 'new connection' button should be at the top of the list so i dont need to scroll through everything to get to it 2. campaign settings could have bulk permission editing, so it doesnt require multiple clicks per item 3. connections viewer window should be editable in size, currently it only takes a fraction of the webpage when sometimes its the only thing i want to see on the page (maybe a full screen option is easiest?) 4. it would be nice if i could save the positions of my nodes on my connection viewer so i dont need to reorganize them every time 5. i think the connections viewer for public campaigns is broken, i have given everything permission to player and campaign public permission but i cant see connections on public campaigns 6. the connections viewer really is the most important feature to me, so things like being able to see a preview of all objects/connections in the campaign while on the main campaign would add a lot. 7. ability to collapse item / connection descriptions to make scrolling the list faster 8. when clicking object -> connections, the 'all' connections should be open by default. this would save two clicks every time i want to see the connections also a bug i think i found, not sure if this is the right place to post it: clicking the 'X' on a connections page of an object shifts object names but not descriptions which leaves a mess to clean up * steps to reproduce * have an object with multiple connections * edit object and click red 'x' next to a connection * expected result * the connection is deleted and the connection below is shifted upwards * actual result * the connection is deleted but only the titles are shifted upward, all objects now mismatch title and description, lowest description is deleted
