A Shipwreck Sea - Adventure

Hello Everyone!
"The Shipwreck Sea" is a plug and play encounter that we had created to be put on the site at some point last year. Well obviously that didn't happen, but better late than never!
Summary
This encounter begins with the party hearing tales of a stretch of sea nearby that all ships seem to sink in and where much treasure is rumored to lay. Right by the coast itself, they meet an old, mad wizard who helps them get within one of the sunken ships. Navigating a curse that may drive the party themselves mad, and enemy threats, they find a hoard of treasure within an underwater cave, guarded by a dragon turtle. This adventure is designed for a 4-player party at 15th level.
